Tad Patterson - Founder and Executive Director

Mr. Patterson, visionary and founder of the Freedom Home concept and project, has 26 years' experience "working" in America. He knows firsthand about hostile work environments and doing a thankless long hour job (Just Over Broke). Meanwhile, surviving payday to payday wanting something better. Through these experiences and countless hours of contemplating the solution of an unsatisfactory work life the Freedom HomeTM concept and now project has come about.

Freedom Home is not "just" another "project" on the horizon. Freedom Home is a destiny, a way of life that will have a profound affect and long-term benefits to countless Americans.

John Gorla - Co-Founder and Managing Director

Mr. Gorla has over 50 years' experience as a financial planner and Chief Financial Officer for numerous companies. One of the company's John built was valued in excess of 1.5 bllion dollars. John’s experience will serve well in overseeing and monitoring the allocation and distribution of funds to the proper requirements of the project with all requisite record keeping.

Gordon Pekrul - Director

Mr. Pekrul has 50 years' experience in developing and building residential projects in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Umbrella companies have included engineering firms, construction firms and real estate firms in the developing of master plan communities. Gordon has the experience to oversee the overall Freedom Home community development.

Jim Hays - Director

Mr. Hays has many years' experience in research and development in water treatment technology. Jim has assisted in a number of remedial water projects in the United States, Columbia, Costa Rico, Panama, Mexico, Venezuela, China and Canada. Jim’s knowledge and experience will be essential in maximizing efficient water use in the Freedom Home environment. Jim is the Founder, President and CEO of Ecotex Community Systems Inc. and Ecotex Ag Solutions Inc.

Jody Draper – Director

Mr. Draper has been a licensed realtor for over 22 years and has developed a statewide network of professionals to draw upon for information and resources related to the purchase of land.
