Mission Statement
The Freedom Home Foundation is committed to providing the mechanism for Americans to live a life of economic, religious, political and individual freedom through self-sustained living by providing a community of support from like minded families and individuals. Our vision includes the redevelopment of American economics through local community owned and controlled manufacturing and agriculture.
Project Description
The sustainable Freedom Home concept is simple: build a quality home made of shipping containers complete with built in greenhouse, water treatment systems and sustainable off-grid power production. In addition, waste water treatment and arable land for food production are factored in for the purposes of full or partial self-sustainability. This would allow Veterans and other Americans at risk to be independent of existing social and economic systems they find difficult to navigate. Our long-term goal is to create a sustainable, community owned and community operated, manufacturing business that draws on the benefits of the community's low cost of living as a substantial economic advantage.
